Dear Linderme Customer,

After 81 years of serving customers with copper and aluminum tubing products, The Linderme Tube Co. (LTC) will be closing its doors effective September 30, 2008. This decision was made in conjunction with the purchase of its customer base by Small Tube Products (STP) located in Altoona, Pa.

We are pleased to have secured the interest and support of STP in acquiring Linderme's customer base. STP is an extremely capable organization, especially now after its divestiture from the Wolverine Tube Co. and its installation of a new but highly experienced management team. Two key STP members, Steve Drew, its President and CEO, and Ned Oliphant, its VP of Operations, were former executives with Linderme.
