J.J. has been with Small Tube Products since 1996 serving in various capacities within the Quality Department. J.J. has his Bachelorʼs Degree in Management and an MBA from Saint Francis University. He is also an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence and has completed Six Sigma Black Belt Training.

Elizabeth has been with Small Tube Products since August 2006 and has a Materials Science and Engineering degree from Virginia Tech University. Elizabeth focuses the majority of her time on projects relating to continuous improvement of products and processes as well as failure analysis and technical assistance.

Connie has been with Small Tube Products since 1999 and has worked in both the quality and customer service departments. Connie is a trained Quality Auditor and has completed other courses including Dale Carnegie. She is the key point of contact for customer certifications.

Dan has been with Small Tube Products since 1976. He has performed many jobs on the production floor before coming to Quality. He is the lead team member of our inspection staff and the deputy technical manager for our laboratory. He participates regularly on complaint review teams, the facilityʼs safety improvement team as well as continuous improvement teams/Kaizens.

Matt has been with Small Tube Products since 1976. His primary responsibilities include in-process and final product inspections. Matt also participates regularly on continuous improvement teams including various Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) teams.
